Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Anchorage Airport

We stayed 1 night mid-August and this is a reasonably priced hotel near Anchorage Airport. We stayed here years ago and the hotel has become very outdated. We had a 1 bedroom suite which had a mini kitchen and full size refrigerator. We arrived late at night and didn’t use it. Our room was well equipped. The hotel offered continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs. It was good enough for us to stay in for one night and the included breakfast was a perk when rushing to our next destination.

Unlike the other pictures shown, my room was, in fact, okay. Excellent for the price. There was nothing moldy, unsafe, or unsanitary. Now don't get me wrong. It'ss not perfect, and there are some shady people around, but the staff itself is vigilant at night checking out the parking lot. I booked the hotel because Im staying with my pet and it was a budget friendly optionl. I'm glad I didn't read the other reviews before my stay. Otherwise, I would've backed out.

The place had bad rating a but to put pleasant surprise the place is very spacious, clean, comfortable and best value for the money. Not sure why people have horrible reviews. We were super happy with service. You essentially get an apartment with functioning kitchen for the price of a motel room in a convenient location and staff was helpful. Only issue is they didn’t send the pickup shuttle at the airport. We had to take uber and spend extra $10!

Im giving this hotel 5 stars because I got what i expected. I expected a lower end basic hotel that is clean and comfortable and that is what I got. I arrived at the airport almost 2 hours late at 1:30 am and they were so nice and prompt with the shuttle service. Anchorage is expensive and I needed as cheap as possible for 1 night. This hotel was way better than expected. Yes it is worn and faded but to me it didn't matter.

Great deal! Awesome friendly staff. Rooms are spectacularly retro. Totally priceless one of a kind. Most comfortable furniture spacious with sliding glass doors to patios or balconies! This place rocks for a great price. Absolutely recommend I

This hotel is exactly what it needs to be. It’s cheap in a city full of expensive places, it’s clean, and the staff is friendly. Hot water, which is more than can be said about some hotels. Yes, it’s a little old and run down, but it did exactly what I needed.

Room was nice. If you are picky, probably not the place for you - some peeling paint around baseboards and hair in drain. But the beds were nice ( just a little squeaky at edges), staff nice, breakfast was boiled eggs, cereal, OJ, bagels, muffins yoghurt - tasty! Room was large! It was great for a quick overnight and had an airport shuttle too.

Reading the reviews i was horrified, but for my experience its a clean large apartment like room, with an oven, stove, microwave, and fridge. We had NO bed bugs or roaches and the bathrooms and beds were clean. Im sure the other reviews have validity so maybe luck comes into play. The shuttle was fast and convenient and the breakfast was simple and nice, cereals, breads and pastries
